Our deluxe/Premium houseboats draw inspiration from traditional Kettuvallam craftsmanship and are built with eco-friendly materials such as jack wood, bamboo poles, coconut fiber ropes, and coir carpets. Each spacious houseboat offers one to seven attached bedrooms, an open lounge, deck area, kitchenette, and a dedicated crew that includes two oarsmen and a cook. Houseboat Cruise Route

Starting from Alleppey, the cruise will take you through Vembanad Lake, R Block, and C Block—man-made paddy fields created during the King’s rule, cultivated below sea level. The route includes picturesque locations like Venattukad, Munattumugham, Nedumudi, Chennamkari, and Kainakari, docking near Kuppapuram in the evening. The next day, the journey continues through Meenapally Kayal, Pallathuruthy, and returns to Alleppey. This scenic route provides a beautiful one-day travel experience.

Itinerary

Day 1 – Arrival and Cruise

• 11:30 AM: Check-in to the houseboat. You will be warmly welcomed by our staff and served refreshing welcome drinks.
• Afternoon Cruise: Cruise through the scenic Alleppey backwaters, visiting Vembanad Lake and exploring the beautiful R Block and C Block paddy fields.
• 04:00 PM: Tea/coffee with snacks will be served as you relax on the houseboat.
• 05:30 PM: The boat will dock near a charming village. You can disembark for a local visit, village walk, or try fishing from the houseboat. Premium service includes a 1-hour canoeing experience with a village lady.
• Evening: Enjoy a romantic flower-decorated bed and a candlelight dinner specially arranged for couples.

Day 2 – Departure

09:00 AM: After a leisurely breakfast, check out from the houseboat at Alleppey/Jetty and proceed to your next destination, taking with you the cherished memories of your honeymoon in God’s Own Country.

Food Menu

• Welcome Drinks: Tender coconut, Fresh Lemon Juice, Mixed Juice.
• Lunch: Rice, sambar, pappad, fish fry/Fish Curry, Chicken Curry/Fry, three types of vegetables, vegetable salad, rasam, curd.
• Evening: Tea/Coffee, Biscuits/Banana fry.
• Dinner: Rice, Chicken Curry/Fry, Chapatti, dal curry, vegetable salad, fruits, glass of milk.
• Breakfast: Bread toast with butter/jam, omelet, or traditional Kerala breakfast on request.

• All meals will be provided in the House Boat.
• Food Menu can be customized as per guest request.

Terms & Condition

• 06:00 PM to 07:00 AM: The boat will be anchored and idle in the lake as per government regulations for fishing.
• Air Conditioning: Available from 09:00 PM to 06:00 AM in Deluxe Houseboats.
